Private Foundations
Some private foundations, both national (e.g. W.K. Kellogg Foundation, C.S. Mott Foundation, Joyce Foundation, and Pond Foundation ) and state and local, invest in projects that address environmental issues. SAI can leverage funds from these foundations for IPM implementation by developing relationships to help influence their priorities and by referring SAI grant applicants to suitable foundations in their area.
