Description
We interviewed a random sample of 885 farmers with conservation compliance plans by telephone. Interviews focused on five potential reasons for noncompliance. The survey showed that conservation compliance, as currently structured, could succeed with a majority of farmers intending to implement their plans.
Outcomes
One publication and a press conference.
